Assistant Project Manager, OMNI Channel

Purpose

The Retail Experience Team supports the design, development, and implementation of all in-store environment elements such as branding, fixtures, product presentation, and marketing communications.

 

This role will manage assigned projects or programs supporting the Retail Experience team business. Programs could include team project tracking calendars, retail branding store database management, retail concepts repair & maintenance support, scheduling/moderating team project status meetings. Etc.  

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and execute a variety of cross functional projects and programs such as the team project tracking calendars, retail branding store database management, retail concepts repair & maintenance support, scheduling/moderating team project status meetings, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining a weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status dashboard and communication to be distributed to key partners and leadership
  • Support as needed on project production scheduled development, coordination, and interaction with internal teams or external vendors
  • Support in the creation and development of presentations decks
  • Partner with Sr. Director in scheduling and moderating weekly project status review meetings Will include documenting notes, project status, deliverables and updating tracking calendars
  • Partner with team Directors to support their teams in updating the consumer center retail environments on a seasonal basis
  • Assist in presentation set-up, organization and execution.
  • Organize and plan complex itineraries and agendas by de-conflicting appointment schedules and planning conferences and meetings.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced efficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate efficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Project
  • Strong project management skills – requires advanced ability to plan, organize, track, report, trouble shoot, and course correct across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and writing communication skills. Ability to collaborate and influence within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful working relationships within a team and cross-functionally.
  • A passion for sport and familiarity with the athletic industry, trends and/or athletic product lines preferred. 

 

Qualifications

  1. Four year degree or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in related work in a corporate/agency retail planning environment
